Shadi Juma
Principal Consultant
Shadi Juma is a Principal Consultant at CSPM Consulting, specialising in project controls, planning, scheduling, and forensic delay analysis for complex infrastructure and mixed-use development projects across Australia and the Middle East. With over 19 years of global experience, Shadi works at the point where project controls and commercial risk intersect — supporting in-house legal and commercial teams to make better-informed decisions on claims viability, entitlement assessment, and dispute avoidance before matters escalate. His work gives clients the analytical rigour of forensic delay analysis applied during delivery, not just after the fact.
His credentials reflect a deliberate investment in both the technical and legal dimensions of project controls. He holds an Expert Witness accreditation from RICS and a BTEC Level 7 Advanced Professional Award in Forensic Delay Analysis — qualifications that ground his advice in the standards and methodology that matter when a dispute does arise. These are complemented by a Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), a BSc in Civil Engineering, and a Diploma in Project Management.
His project experience spans airports, ports and maritime facilities, roads and bridges, metro and rail systems, water treatment plants and dams, real estate, energy, sports and leisure developments — with a particular focus on claims management, disruption analysis, and the forensic examination of delay across both the Australian and Middle Eastern markets.
