Shadi Juma is the founder and director of CSPM Consulting, the award-winning planning, project controls and forensic delay consultancy named Asia-Pacific Project Controls Small Business of the Year 2024. He specialises in project controls, planning, scheduling and forensic delay analysis for complex infrastructure and development projects across Australia and the Middle East.
With more than 20 years of global experience, Shadi works at the point where project controls and commercial risk intersect — supporting legal and commercial teams to make better-informed decisions on claims viability, entitlement assessment and dispute avoidance before matters escalate. He is currently instructed as an independent delay expert in NSW proceedings.

His credentials reflect a deliberate investment in both the technical and legal dimensions of project controls. He holds an Expert Witness accreditation from RICS and a BTEC Level 7 Advanced Professional Award in Forensic Delay Analysis — qualifications that ground his advice in the standards and methodology that matter when a dispute does arise. These are complemented by a Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), a BSc in Civil Engineering, and a Diploma in Project Management.

His project experience spans airports, ports and maritime facilities, roads and bridges, metro and rail systems, water treatment plants and dams, real estate, energy, sports and leisure developments — with a particular focus on claims management, disruption analysis, and the forensic examination of delay across both the Australian and Middle Eastern markets. At CSPM Consulting, Shadi leads a team of senior planners and specialists providing strategic and technical guidance across the full project lifecycle — from programme establishment and risk management through to commercial claims support, delay analysis and expert evidence. His value lies in translating complex technical analysis into clear, defensible advice that decision-makers can act on.
