CSPM Consulting has been engaged by CCi to provide project management support for their Major Projects Sydney Water portfolio. Our scope conducting monthly master program updates, implementing Earned Value Management, generating executive reports, and providing Forensic Planning expertise for analysing contractors' and consultants' claims.
