Pennant Hills Road and North Rocks Road intersection improvements is to widen Pennant Hills Road between Woodstock Avenue and Murray Farm Road, and North Rocks Road at the Pennant Hills Road intersection. This initiative aims to increase capacity, ease congestion, and improve safety and travel times for all road users.
Key upgrades include widening Pennant Hills Road and North Rocks Road to add additional lanes, installing new turn lanes and raised medians, and adding a pedestrian crossing. Footpaths will be expanded for potential future use as shared paths, and bus stops will be relocated. The project also involves road resurfacing, utility adjustments, and street lighting improvements.
CSPM Role
CSPM role in this project involved several critical activities to ensure successful program management. We accurately migrated all details from MS Project to Primavera P6, ensuring compliance with TfNSW Program Standard Requirements. We efficiently accommodated program specific needs, constraints, and resource loading. Additionally, we provided contractual advisory services to establish a robust program, safeguarding client's contractual entitlements.
