Design and Construct of Errant and Hostile Vehicle Mitigation Treatments for the Southwest Metro

Project Overview

The Southwest Metro project focuses on converting and upgrading the T3 Bankstown Line from Sydenham station to Bankstown station to meet metro standards. This includes delivering safety-critical works to ensure the rail corridor meets test-level safety requirements for metro operations. The project addresses critical points against errant and hostile vehicles at station overbridges, non-station overbridges, and various non-bridge locations along the Southwest Metro rail corridor.
