About the Role:

CSPM Consulting is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Cost Controller to join our growing team. This role will support one of our key clients in delivering a major public infrastructure program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project financials, forecasts, and reporting across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cost control activities for complex infrastructure projects
  • Prepare and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports
  • Monitor project expenditures and provide variance analysis
  • Collaborate with project teams to manage financial performance
  • Generate cost reports and dashboards using SAP and Power BI
  • Engage with client stakeholders to support reporting and governance requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cost control or project controls
  • Strong proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and reporting cycles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Background in infrastructure or large-scale capital projects preferred
